For those with a taste for modern American historical conspiracies, author Donald Jeffries serves up a full course dinner.By their very nature, political conspiracies are difficult to decipher and even more difficult to explain. The author doesa nice job attempting to separate the wheat from the chaff. Ultimately, this book may raise more questions than it answers. And that's a good thing.Hidden History begins with The Mother of All Conspiracies: The Assassination of John Fitzgerald Kennedyand takes the reader through the Sixties and Seventies, the administrations of Reagan, Bush, Clinton, Bush, and Obama. It ends with the chapter Where Do We Stand Now?Chronicling these events is an ambitious and difficult task, but author Jeffries manages well. Hidden Historyis a compelling read and an important one. The reader will be reminded of things forgotten and undoubtedlylearn some things they didn't know.Even those skeptical of things conspiratorial would benefit from reading Hidden History, in my opinion.
This book was an impressive compilation of all the most controversial events of the past fifty years. There was a lot of new information as well, and some things that were not so well known or that most people had forgotten. The JFK assassination was covered in depth, and I enjoyed how the author wove all the many Kennedy tragedies together. The chapter on the death of JFK, Jr was really full of shocking information. You will find assassinations, lots of what the author calls "unnatural deaths," child sex scandals involving powerful figures, a long analysis of the Oklahoma City Bombing, Waco, 9/11, the corruption of both liberal and conservative politicians and much more in "Hidden History." I highly recommend it to everyone.
I seriously suggest people read this expose'. But along with that I will realize that many won't just because they never ever subscribed to any information that is outside what the guberment put forward regarding pretty much any catastrophe. The book is thoroughly researched and you can googlle all through the book (at your computer) while reading and learn more from there. Follow the connections, but also the money as usual. (because in truth, they end up being one and the same beast) One of the most seriously disturbing aspects of the book, is how many people in government and media positions and high level WS positions, are all in bed with one another. And the string of deaths associated with various events is startling and certainly cannot be accidental. Other reviewers seem to be wanting the author to finish summing up and solve each crime or disaster. The trail(s) are too myriad and tangled and carefully covered up for that to actually happen, realistically. If you can't stand seeing reality on a page, then definitely don't read the book.
"Author" cites Alex Jones as a credible source and repeatedly uses the word "sheeple." That should tell you all you need to know. A waste of money even at ¢99
Spectacular achievement. I saw Don Jeffries on the Alex Jones Show (http://www.infowars.com/author-reveals-top-govt-secrets-of-the-past-50-years) and decided to purchase the Kindle version. Don does an astounding job of connecting the dots of the secret history of the USA since the Kennedy assassination. The research is meticulous, and the scope of the book is compelling. Don takes us from the JFK assassination through the presidencies through the present and this is a compulsive page-turner. Kudos to Don for making this speed-read a unique corollary to the history the mainstream media expects the sheeple to swallow.High-information history buffs will be astounded by the expertise and depth of knowledge displayed in this speed-read.
Chilling, but truth-telling. This saga begins at the JFK assassination and moves forward. I had suspected all along that the presidents’ noses were a bit dirty during their tenure. The only president not indicted here was Jimmy Carter. I learned quite a bit about the Reagan administration and Iran Contra that were hard to get facts about at the time they were happening. If you think Whitewater was the Clintons’ only scandal, this book will open your eyes on that era as well. Nothing about Bush I and “W†was surprising, but the details given in the book are compelling and detailed. The only concern I have is the excessive use of one source, The Spotlight. This was a periodical published during the late twentieth century but is now defunct. I would rather have seen more diversified sources, but generally, this book is still riveting.
After hearing the entire talk show interview, I KNEW I had to buy his book, so l downloaded the Kindle version. "Hidden History" is sooooo captivating, not only because it is powerfully interesting, but more importantly because he uncovers every stone in search of Truth. I only wish that America had more people like Donald Jeffries, willing to do the research and then take the path less travelled by sharing their findings. PEOPLE....you NEED to get his book, either hard copy or Kindle. Although supporting what he is doing for America should be the motivator, I can assure you that you will also benefit personally from reading it. Why search through hundreds of hours of "hit and miss" resources by other writers when you can have everything in an orderly and well presented package? It's a small price to pay for such a wealth of information in one place. I intend to get the hard copy as well.
